The “Laugh, Learn, Lead” Method
The “Laugh, Learn, Lead” method is central to ERA’s educational philosophy. Inspired by child psychology and aligned with the New Education Policy (NEP) and NCF, this approach promotes a balanced environment that encourages growth through engagement and leadership. Each component—Laugh, Learn, Lead—targets specific developmental areas, helping children become well-rounded individuals.
Laugh: Cultivating Joyful Learning
The “Laugh” component prioritizes creating a joyful learning environment where children feel excited and engaged. Through games, interactive storytelling, and creative play, learning becomes a fun, stress-free experience. This focus on joy helps foster positive attitudes, ensuring children view learning as a rewarding journey, which is crucial for sustained academic and personal growth.
Learn: Deep Engagement and Understanding
“Learn” emphasizes experiential, hands-on activities that deepen understanding. By linking lessons to real-life experiences, we promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and a lasting
grasp of academic concepts. This holistic approach helps students develop cognitive and practical skills that will support them throughout their educational journey.
Lead: Building Confident Future Leaders
ERA Schools aim to build future-ready leaders by developing essential skills such as teamwork, empathy, and responsibility. Through group activities, student councils, and peer mentoring, children are taught to lead with confidence and integrity. By nurturing these qualities from an early age, ERA Schools empower students to take on leadership roles that positively impact their communities.
With our vast experience in education, our highly experienced team has created a new research-driven system. Special emphasis is placed on learning through technology, multilingual education, and developing students into versatile and aware citizens.
